-Flexible 1099 schedule (you set your own hours)- $65.00 / per 3 unit visit, 85.00 / 4 unit visit (55 min max)

Requirements
- CA PT license
- Active NPI (we can help if needed)
- Current CPR
- Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
- Professional liability insurance

Preferred
- 1-2+ years experience
- Prior home health experience
